As someone who travels once or twice a month, I feel that I am pretty familiar with the pains of flying- literally. While airplane seats aren’t the most uncomfortable things on the planet, they certainly don’t do your back any favors. Short of having a massage therapist on board or booking an appointment for a massage immediately after you land, there aren’t many options available that offer relief…..
This is where t spheres comes in and saves the day. These aromatherapy-infused massage balls are the perfect travel companions that help soothe and relax your body in a convenient and simple way. As stated on their website, “Massage & aromatherapy in one portable product, t spheres are innovative and unique self-massage tools born from over 17 years of research and development. This natural way to relieve pain from the body uses the two most scientifically researched alternative methods for stress relief. The infusion of aromatherapy essential oils into a perfectly weighted double-purified rubber compound has never been accomplished before, making t spheres the only massage ball with both beneficial attributes.”
Excited to give t spheres a try, I travelled with them on two separate trips: one to Las Vegas and one to New York. On the Las Vegas trip I took with me the Pep-Up Mint t spheres. I used them towards the end of the flight and they were the perfect way to get me reenergized and ready for the day ahead. I used the massage balls mainly on my neck, which was a great way to relieve tension and the peppermint did a great job to clear my head.
On my next trip to New York I brought with me the Perk Up t spheres. These are infused with both peppermint and grapefruit, which are supposed to help with concentration, pain relief, travel sickness, depression, fluid retention, and are natural detoxifiers. On this flight I used the t spheres mainly on my back, which worked surprisingly well given the space constraints of an airplane seat. I might have gotten some funny looks as I rolled the ball up and down my back using the seat as leverage, but the results were well worth it. I exited the plane feeling refreshed and tension free.
Overall I think t spheres are a great investment if you travel frequently. They fit perfectly in a carry-on or purse and are easy to use in tight spaces…just make sure to ignore any quizzical stares and concentrate on the relaxation at hand.
